Full Facelift in Thailand
The full facelift is a great overall procedure for anyone who wants to wind the clock back on damage caused by exposure to the elements and by the inevitable march of time. Wrinkles around the eyes and mouth, a sagging jaw-line, extra deposits of fat under the chin and under the eyes all add to an aged appearance. A full facelift in Thailand can have you looking radiant and a decade younger.

Description
A full facelift addresses the entire face, lifting the brow area, removing excess skin from the temples, tightening the facial muscles and removing excess skin from the cheeks and tightening the skin over the jaw-line and neck. The eyelids will be lifted and tightened and the overall appearance will be of a younger, more vibrant you.
What is the length of the surgery?
A full facelift should take anywhere from 3 – 7 hours, depending on the patients requirements.
Who is a candidate for full facelift surgery in Thailand?
This surgery is for anyone who wants an overall rejuvenating treatment for an overall aged and tired appearance, particularly those with sagging skin and wrinkles.
How is the surgery performed?
Incisions are made along the hairline and a special tool is used to gently separate the skin from the bone and then excess fat is removed before the brow is lifted and sutured into place. More incisions are made along the front of the earlobe to behind the ear. The fat is removed and the muscles are tightened before the fat pockets are replaced and then the excess skin is pulled up, trimmed and the incisions are sutured. This leaves a smoother, toned look to the jaw-line and neck. Add a neck lift to this, which tightens or removes muscles in the neck area. An incision is made below the chin and behind the ears to access the platysma, or neck muscle, which is manipulated accordingly. Permanent sutures are used to keep the muscles and skin in place.
